Peter has an extensive background spanning carbon markets, carbon sequestration, agriculture, renewable energy, commercial property, the industrial sector and the technology sector. Peter brings over 30 years’ experience in Corporate Advisory and ASX listed entities and was previously the CEO of an ASX listed entity in the carbon forestry industry.

Charlene has over five years of legal and operational expertise, with a strong focus on contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. At Salubris, Charlene will play a key role in shaping and executing business strategies as well as acting as the Indigenous Advisory Committee Secretary. Charlene is passionate about driving continuous improvement and fostering innovation across operational processes to drive sustainable growth and excellence.

Chris has specialised in natural resource management, sustainable beef production, and regenerative agriculture for over 35 years. He has extensive governance experience across agri-focused boards and industry councils, as well as a proven track record in rural education, holistic land management and OH&S.

Nick’s career has spanned mining, renewables, and green hydrogen, specializing in developing geospatial models for site selection and project feasibility. At Salubris Australia, Nick leads the technical evaluation, monitoring and modelling of carbon abatement projects, remote field operations, LiDAR and machine learning programmes.

Combining office-based GIS analysis with field experience, Ludmila has a wealth of experience supporting environmental consulting projects. At Salubris, Ludmila will provide expertise in GIS mapping, spatial data analysis and geospatial data management to support environmental monitoring and exploration.

Leechelle is a proud Kaprun woman from the Goldfields region of Western Australia, with over 12 years’ experience in education. Throughout her time as a teacher, Leechelle has advocated for the development of On-Country Programs to foster a true understanding of connecting to the land. At Salubris, Leechelle will help promote the importance of preserving and protecting local regions.

Abi combines her diverse background in facilities management and administrative support with experience in law firms servicing the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her professional expertise is complemented by her academic qualifications in Criminology and Social & Developmental Psychology, reinforcing her commitment to social justice and positive community outcomes. Abi provides workplace and operational support across Salubris Australia’s diverse portfolio of projects.

Guy brings over 20 years of professional experience spanning Indigenous people’s development, environmental management, sustainability, and political engagement. With a PhD in Indigenous people’s development, he specialises in developing and maintaining meaningful and ethical partnerships with Traditional Owners. Guy currently serves as the Chief External Affairs Officer at DEVELOP and Chairman of Central Desert Native Title Services.

Lindsey brings over 20 years of experience across Indigenous land management, strategic growth, governance and community development. As the Founder and former CEO of the Indigenous Desert Alliance, he specialises in navigating biodiversity and carbon market policies and opportunities to empower Indigenous communities to achieve sustainable, self-directed outcomes.
