Salubris appoints former WA chief scientist Peter Klinken as head of scientific advisory committee

Former WA chief scientist Peter Klinken has joined carbon credit and abatement project developer and owner Salubris to head up its new scientific advisory committee.
Professor Klinken, whose 11-year term as chief scientist ended last June, is among one of Australia’s most pre-eminent scientific minds and has won renown? for his research into leukaemia, cancer and anaemia. He was last year appointed into the WA Science Hall of Fame and has encouraged the scientific community to be better at communicating what they do and how it contributes to a better society.
Mr Rigg said Professor Klinken’s tenure as chief scientist, and his rich experience in science, innovation and industry, provided Salubris with an “exceptional foundation” as it looked to develop more projects across WA.
